eDiscovery: Best Practices for the Everyday Case

With the ever-increasing use of technology by individuals and corporations, the litigation landscape is one that is constantly evolving and attorneys are obliged to maintain a certain level of competence when it comes to litigation involving eDiscovery.  While this may not be an issue for a large firm with a myriad of resources aimed solely at tackling eDiscovery, the reality is not the same for solo practitioners and small- to medium-sized firms. There are, however, ways to maintain an equal footing.  This informative session will provide valuable insight into management of the everyday case in an organized, efficient and cost-effective way.
