The SLO HotHouse is a new community space that has been created through the efforts of Cal Poly, the San Luis Obispo Community, and the Cal Poly Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. The SLO HotHouse pairs students and community members with legal advisors to help new innovations and start business ventures ranging from the next downtown specialty ice cream shop to the next Facebook.  Come listen to two HotHouse advisors speak about the important legal issues facing our entrepreneurs.

Speakers:

Dallas Mosier: A local attorney at Carmel & Naccasha, Dallas works closely with the students and entrepreneurs turning to SLO HotHouse for advise on business planning & transactions, exit and succession planning, startups and entity formations, ongoing entity maintenance and governance, intellectual property matters, and buy-sell and other ownership arrangements.

Judy Mahan: Executive Director and former member of the Bar, Judy serves as the in-house legal expert for Cal Poly's Small Business Center for Innovation.
