Our Speaker: Rita L. Neal, County Counsel
Rita Neal has been County Counsel for the County of San Luis Obispo since October of 2012. She oversees an office of 13 attorneys and seven support staff. The Office of County Counsel provides legal advice and litigation representation to the Board of Supervisors, all County elected officials and over 70 County boards, commissions, departments, agencies and special districts. Ms. Neal obtained her Bachelor of Science from Cal Poly and her law degree from Santa Clara University.
