Christopher Cobey
Jane Heath graduated Magna Cum Laude from San Francisco State University. After 20 years as a litigation paralegal, she attended the University of San Francisco's School of Law, graduating with honors in 2005. She returned to San Luis Obispo and practiced with Duggan Smith & Heath for 10 years before opening a solo practice in Morro Bay. In addition to handling business disputes and real property issues, Jane represents and counsels local employers in all aspects of employment law and conducts independent workplace investigations. She is the current president of the Labor & Employment section of the SLO Bar.
Recently relocated to the Central Coast from the Bay Area, Christopher Cobey has practiced employment litigation and counseling for most of his career. He has practiced in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies. He has presented and written on employment law topics for bar associations, companies, and legal and general circulation newspapers. Mr. Cobey attended Pomona College and Stanford Law School, and law school at UC Davis King Hall. He is a past member of the Ingram American Inn of Court.
