April MCLE: Join local attorney Skye Christakos as she covers the basics of Estate Planning, but particularly the parts that are important during your lifetime, not just on death.

This MCLE will discuss the basic documents of an estate plan, with an emphasis on the documents that are more relevant while a person is alive, rather than after death.  Skye will also cover a brief overview of the potential problems that can arise when you don't have an estate plan.  Finally, there will be discussions of how to best assist your mortal and immortal clients.

The Women Lawyers Association of San Luis Obispo is a California State Bar approved MCLE provider. This program qualifies for one (1.0) hour of General MCLE credit.

This event can be attended either in person or via Zoom
